After all it was better Birgit stayed at the trail centre. The locals ride in two hours what would be a nice six hour tour for a whole day, if Birgit and I rode on our own. Stamina is the main problem, some of those guys ride that trail twice a week, they know every little rock on the way ande the average age was 20 to 25 years younger than me. It took me two and a half hours btw.
