The Sauerland is a popular area for mountain biking. The first picture shows a view from the Bruchhauser Steine, located between Winterberg and Willingen. The second picture was taken at Willingen, where I did the freeride trail on Birgit's Kona Stinky. Both pictures are from 2006.
